When the US Mission approached us as the agency of choice to join them in masterminding a social media marketing campaign for Doreen Bogdan-Martin, we were naturally thrilled to be part of the journey. This request quickly morphed into a far broader mandate, and we found ourselves masterminding and creating content for a full-spectrum digital marketing campaign for Doreen.
Our brief was initially to create a strong look and feel for Doreen’s social media marketing push that would translate and integrate well across a variety of creative communications assets. We did this, and then moved on to designing and creating said assets, from brochures to business cards, social media cards and even a campaign video.
We devised a modern, square format, applying Helvetica Neue bold and regular as the fonts of choice, as well as strong graphic imagery and an unusual, but distinctive, color palette. These elements served as the driving force behind Doreen’s three visionary pillars at the center of her campaign. The rest of the social media marketing material followed suit, adopting the same strong visual direction.
The Social Media Marketing
Here are a few samples of assets we created specifically for Doreen’s social media marketing campaign. We also helped the US Mission design its social media strategy, from the posting schedule and social media ads options to the technicalities of how and when to post, metrics, community engagement and so on.
The Campaign Video
This is the campaign video we designed, shot and produced for Doreen’s campaign. Done in record time and with little scope for shooting covering footage, it was nonetheless lauded all the way to the top of the US Department of State.

The Digital & Print Marketing
This mandate from the US Mission to the UN actually called for much more than just social media marketing. We were also asked to produce a wide range of print materials – leaflets, reports, pamphlets, business cards and even a CV – which we did gladly, even though this is not part of our regular service package.
