Production Process
Overview
Whether you need digital marketing, video production, media training or just a photo shoot, we break down your project into three main phases: pre-production, production and post-production. Many years of experience have proved that this is the winning triad to keep things well organized. What happens in each phase depends on the particular service, of course. Once we kick things off, we’ll provide more details concerning the specific steps involved in your project, but for now here’s a basic overview of how we do things at Fullframe Creative.

PRE-PRODUCTION
This is arguably the most important phase, because this is where we actually decide what we’re doing and how. Our number one priority is to listen carefully, either to align with (and ideally enhance) your vision, or to help you find it. A kick-off meeting is where this happens: working together we identify options, opportunities, and lay down imperatives so that we can draft a reliable roadmap to success. Depending on the scope and nature of your project, this phase might include a moodboard, a storyboard, or just a couple of emails exchanged.

PRODUCTION
In this phase we draw up the graphics, write the text, roll out, shoot, animate, activate or implement whatever it is we are doing for you. We have over 15 years of experience dealing with the logistics and intricacies of complex projects with many moving parts, whether it be a virtual event in our studio, a live-stream on location, a video shoot in the OR or a full-scale virtual reality experience. All our crews are fully dependable, punctual and flexible, used to adapting to last-minute changes and uncertainties. You are in good hands.

POST-PRODUCTION
Now that we have the footage, the graphics, photos or whatever else we might have been producing so far, it’s time to put it all together. This is the assembly phase, so to speak, which admittedly is not relevant to all services, but most. Even for digital marketing, it’s now all about metrics and analysis. In the case of video production, it’s about video editing: cutting the interviews, adding b-roll, putting it all together with the right cadence, music, transitions, effects, and so on. Here’s how we handle feedback.
